The HPE R8R46-61001 is an Aruba Instant On 1430-8G-PoE unmanaged Layer 2 switch delivering eight 10/100/1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated Class 4 PoE support. Each port supplies up to 30W of PoE power, enabling direct connectivity to IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones, and other PoE-compatible endpoints without requiring separate power infrastructure. The fanless design and compact form factor suit small offices, branch locations, and edge deployments where space and noise are constraints. With 16 Gbps fabric throughput and auto-negotiating ports, the unit handles standard Ethernet traffic at wire-speed across all ports simultaneously.
